Taking the house whole saves $35 on the first night's rate and $25 on the cleaning fee, because a whole-house departure is one changeover and one arrival rather than three separate ones on three separate schedules.

The rooms are the same three apartments. What changes is the building around them.

Worth knowing first
- The house sleeps eleven in five bedrooms plus a mezzanine single, and there is no twelfth bed. A folding bed can be added for a child, and that is the only extra bed there is
- Three bathrooms for eleven people is three bathrooms for eleven people
- No lift, and the top floor is two flights up
The house to yourselves
This is the one page on this site that is allowed to say it plainly: taken as the whole house, the house is yours. The internal doors between the three apartments are unlocked rather than locked against each other, so the stair works the way the house was built to rather than the way three separate front doors make it work. One arrival code opens the whole building instead of three different ones. Both kitchens are yours at once, which is the only way cooking for eleven people actually happens in a house this size. And the garden and the terrace table go to one party for the stay, with nobody else booked into any part of the building at the same time.
None of that is true of an apartment let, and no apartment page on this site says otherwise — see one apartment is not the house. It is true here because a whole-house booking has, through the same table that keeps one apartment from being sold twice, taken all three apartments off the calendar for these nights.
