The clear-down night exists because an event finishing at eleven cannot be cleaned before a three o'clock arrival the next day. It is not an upsell; it is the arithmetic.

Worth knowing. Twenty-five people is the honest ceiling for the building, not a fire-code figure — the stair is the constraint. There is no dedicated parking, no lift, and nothing may be fixed to the plaster. A shoot that needs to drill is a shoot for a different location.
