Check availability and book

Search a date range and the calendar checks it against every apartment and the whole house at once, because a night sold one way removes the other from sale. What comes back is what is actually free, priced in full.

  • three apartments plus the whole house, checked at once
  • Total shown, cleaning fee included, before any name is entered
  • Minimum stay applied automatically, and named when it applies
The Whole House — sleeps 11, from $520 a night contains all three apartments, the garden and both kitchens Garden sleeps 4 2 bedrooms from $185 a night Parlour sleeps 4 2 bedrooms from $205 a night Loft sleeps 3 1 bedroom from $165 a night
Search the dates you want below. The calendar checks every apartment and the whole house against the same nights, because letting one takes the others off sale.

This calendar is real. This booking system is real software running against a real database, and it will refuse a night that is already taken. It is not a real guest house, so nothing you book here reserves anything.

An apartment is not the house. An apartment booking is a private apartment, not a private house: the other two apartments may be let on the same nights, and the garden, the stoop and the stair are shared. The whole-house let is the one that takes the building off sale.

Minimum stays. Minimum stays are whichever is longer of the unit's own minimum and the season's. The booking page says which of the two it applied, rather than refusing without a reason.

What this calendar does, and does not, promise

  1. It checks every night in the range, not just the two ends

A single night already taken anywhere in the middle of a stay refuses the whole range, exactly the way an apartment or the whole house is actually let. A search that comes back empty is telling you which night is the problem, not refusing to look.

  2. It prices the whole stay before it asks for anything

Every night, the cleaning fee, and the total — on the screen, before a name or an e-mail address is typed. Nothing that follows is a number you have not already seen.

  3. It does not hold a date until the form is sent

Looking at a result does not reserve it. Two people can be looking at the same night at once, and the calendar checks the range again the moment either of them submits, so whichever booking is confirmed first is the one that gets it.
